Download the Vitalytics support client for your device. Pre-configured to connect to support.vts64.com. Once installed, share the 9-digit ID with your technician. Existing clients can also email support@vts64.com: every request becomes a tracked ticket.
After install, accept the connection prompt your Vitalytics technician sends you. The client will only allow connections you approve.
