Hosting on a private cloud we built, and public cloud where it fits.
Windows and Linux servers, domain controllers, file services and isolated tenants on our OpenStack and Kubernetes platform in London, replicated to Sofia. Microsoft 365 and Azure when they are the right answer.
Ask about hostingWho this is for
Firms replacing an ageing VMware or Hyper-V box; firms that want a hosted domain controller or file server without owning hardware; teams that need a Kubernetes-hosted application with someone accountable for it.
What's included
- Isolated tenancy per client: your own network, egress rules and quotas; no path into other tenants.
- Migrations from VMware ESXi and Hyper-V, including Windows guests with UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) and driver handling done properly.
- Hosted Windows Server domain controllers and file services.
- Kubernetes hosting with persistent storage, ingress and certificates.
- Disaster recovery: continuous replication to Sofia; hourly recovery point achievable; recovery rehearsed.
- Nextcloud and OnlyOffice as a hosted alternative to SharePoint for archives and shared documents.
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration where you already use them.
- Platform engineering and backup modernisation for cloud operators: senior engineering on an operator's own OpenStack and Kubernetes platform, storage and backup estate, delivered inside its team.
The platform
A private cloud we built and operate, running OpenStack and Kubernetes in a multi-datacentre deployment across London and Sofia; Sofia is our disaster-recovery site. NVMe (Non-Volatile Memory Express) storage; MetalLB and Traefik ingress; Authentik single sign-on; OpenBao secrets. Upgraded across two OpenStack releases in a single planned window in August 2026.

Response targets
These are the response targets in our standard agreement. They are targets, not a signed service-level agreement (SLA): the terms that apply to you are the ones in your contract. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.
| Priority | Definition | Response | Resolution target |
|---|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | Business operations halted (email down, ransomware in progress, directory outage) | 1 business hour | 4 business hours |
| P2 High | One significant function affected (a server down, one team cannot work) | 4 business hours | 1 business day |
| P3 Normal | Single user or non-critical issue | 1 business day | 3 business days |
| P4 Low | Information or change requests | 2 business days | 5 business days |
Critical incidents out of hours are covered by agreement in your contract.
