Six services, one accountable team.
Managed IT and helpdesk, cloud hosting, cybersecurity, automation, monitoring and support, delivered by the same engineer who built the platform behind them.
Managed IT & helpdesk
Day-to-day IT for your whole estate: service desk (HaloPSA), endpoint management (Tactical RMM), patching, joiners and leavers, hardware lifecycle.
- Service desk on HaloPSA: email, portal or phone, every request becomes a tracked ticket.
- Endpoint management with Tactical RMM on Windows, macOS and Linux: inventory, patching, scripted fixes, remote control.
- Joiners, movers and leavers across Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Cloud hosting: private cloud, Microsoft 365 and Azure
Hosting on our own OpenStack/Kubernetes private cloud in London with disaster recovery (DR) in Sofia; Microsoft 365 and Azure where they fit; migrations off VMware and Hyper-V.
- Isolated tenancy per client: your own network, egress rules and quotas; no path into other tenants.
- Hosted Windows Server domain controllers and file services.
- Disaster recovery: continuous replication to Sofia; hourly recovery point achievable; recovery rehearsed.
- Platform engineering and backup modernisation for cloud operators that run their own OpenStack and Kubernetes.
Cybersecurity
Identity hardening with Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Windows LAPS (Local Administrator Password Solution); security information and event management (SIEM) with Wazuh; vulnerability scanning; phishing simulation; Cyber Essentials Plus readiness; incident response.
- Identity: Conditional Access baselines (MFA for everyone, legacy authentication blocked, device-code sign-in blocked), break-glass design, admin-account separation, Windows LAPS.
- SIEM: Wazuh with agents on servers and workstations, syslog from network gear, custom rules, alert-to-ticket.
- Cyber Essentials Plus readiness: a structured review against the five controls, then the remediation, then the evidence.
Automation & DevOps
Infrastructure as code with Ansible and GitLab CI (continuous integration), workflow automation with n8n, self-hosted AI tooling.
- GitLab CI pipelines with secret scanning.
- Ansible and AWX for server configuration.
- n8n for cross-system workflows (alerts to tickets, reports, prospect research).
Monitoring & alerting
Zabbix, Wazuh and Tactical RMM feeding tickets and priority-1 (P1) paging; public status pages per client.
- Server and network monitoring (Zabbix) with per-client host groups and monthly compliance exports.
- Alert-to-ticket automation into HaloPSA with recovery notes.
- DR monitoring that watches the primary site from the DR site, so an outage cannot silence its own alarm.
IT support & remote help
How to reach us, the remote-support client, response targets.
- Email, portal or phone: every request becomes a tracked ticket.
- A remote-support client for Windows, macOS and Android that only connects when you accept.
- On-site visits in London; out-of-hours cover by agreement in your contract.
Large data moves and archives
When a client needs terabytes moved, we plan the transfer like a project: staging, parallelism within the destination's limits, checksum verification, and a written record.
We have migrated about 250 TB of client data to date. Recent work in 2026: about 11 TB into Google Workspace shared drives in under two weeks; a 12 TB research archive being transferred from Lebanon to our Sofia storage over an encrypted link; SharePoint archive tidy-ups for Microsoft 365 tenants.
Tell us what isn't working.
A 30-minute call, no slides. We ask about your estate, your auditor if you have one, and what you would like to stop worrying about.
