Managed IT, private cloud and security for firms that take their data seriously.
Vitalytics runs day-to-day IT, Microsoft 365 and hosting for engineering consultancies, asset managers, charities, production companies and construction and property consultancies. Founded in 2021, founder-led and London-based, on a private cloud we built and operate ourselves, with a disaster-recovery site in Sofia.

One senior engineer owns your estate end to end.
No account manager between you and the person who fixes it.
Everything is written down.
Runbooks, a device naming convention, change records and a client register, so nothing depends on memory.
We run what we recommend.
The SIEM, monitoring, single sign-on, secrets vault and backup stack that protect clients protect our own platform first.
UK and EU by default.
Hosting is in London with replication to Sofia. Microsoft 365 and Azure are there when you choose them.
A private cloud we built and can rebuild.
Our hosting runs on OpenStack and Kubernetes in a multi-datacentre deployment across London and Sofia; Sofia is our disaster-recovery site, with storage replicated from London. We rehearse recovery rather than assume it: tier-1 services were restored at the DR site in September 2026, and a complete offline, encrypted archive of the platform was restore-tested in August 2026.
Selected clients.
Clients include an FCA-regulated asset manager, a geotechnical engineering consultancy, a maritime-archaeology charity and a film production company in London.
We work with clients in the UK, the United States, Switzerland, Germany, Norway, the United Arab Emirates, Australia and Lebanon.
